Irish Draught Stallion 'King of Diamonds'

 
 

 

 

King of Diamonds has produced many notable show jumpers and eventers.

He ranked 7th in the world rankings as a sire of show jumpers between 1990 and 1995.

He was bred at the Slyguff Stud in Co Carlow and was born in 1962.

Among some of the outstanding show jumpers sired by this horse are ,  'Carrolls Young Diamond ' , 'Chill Chainnigh' and 'Carrolls Royal Lion '

King of Diamonds died in 1991 at the age of  29.
